Dodja Errands - Terms of Service

Welcome to Dodja Errands! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dodja Errands mobile application and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
"App" refers to the Dodja Errands mobile application.
"User" refers to anyone who registers, accesses, or uses the App.
"Rider" refers to individuals providing delivery services through the App.
"Service" refers to the logistics and delivery services offered via the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dodja Errands.
By using the service, you confirm that all registration details you provide are accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported immediately.
Dodja Errands is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access.
Users can book a rider in real-time to transport packages from one location to another.
Riders are independent contractors, not employees of Dodja Errands.
You agree not to use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Items prohibited for delivery include but are not limited to:
Illegal substances
Weapons or explosives
Hazardous materials
Stolen goods
Payments must be made through the App’s secure payment system.
Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued unless the order was not fulfilled due to an issue on our end.
In case of a dispute, users may contact support for resolution.
Users may cancel a booking before a rider accepts it.
If a rider has already been assigned, a cancellation fee may apply.
Riders reserve the right to cancel deliveries due to safety concerns.
Dodja Errands provides a platform for connecting users with riders but does not guarantee delivery times or service availability.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once a delivery is completed.
Users are encouraged to verify riders and ensure proper packaging of their items.
Users can delete their account by navigating to the App Menu → More → Delete Account.
Once deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed.
Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share user information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms.
